Do you offer discounts for large organizations?
Annual billing saves 10% on every paid plan, and we offer custom volume pricing for MSPs and large teams. Get in touch and we'll tailor a quote.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing dashboard — changes are prorated automatically, so you only pay for what you use.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice and bank transfer on request.
What happens when I hit my monitor limit?
We'll let you know before you reach it. Existing monitors keep running — you can add more by upgrading or attaching extra capacity to your current plan.
Can I add more seats to my existing plan?
Yes. Add extra team members from billing at any time for $2/seat per month on Essential and Pro — the Pro+ plan already includes unlimited seats. Monitors and other capacity can be added the same way.
