Spectra (spectrabolt.com) is operated jointly by Perigeon Software LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA (“Spectrabolt US”), which handles USD billing and account administration, and Perigeon Software Private Limited, a company incorporated in India and based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (“Spectrabolt India”), the core software owner and central data controller. Spectra provides uptime and performance monitoring for websites, APIs, servers, SSL certificates, and scheduled jobs.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the platform. By accessing or using Spectra, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

6. Data controllers & international transfers

Spectra is operated jointly by Perigeon Software LLC (handling USD billing and account administration) and Perigeon Software Private Limited (the core software owner and central data controller).

When you sign up for a USD account, your data is initially collected by our US entity and subsequently transferred to, stored, and processed within the engineering and server infrastructure managed by our primary entity in Ahmedabad, India. We apply strict intra-company data-protection standards to keep your information secure and confidential during these cross-border transfers.

7. Payment processing & financial data

For users paying in USD, financial transactions are securely processed through our US affiliate, Perigeon Software LLC, using PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal). Spectra does not store your raw credit card numbers or banking credentials — all financial data is tokenized and processed under the security standards of our payment-gateway partners.

8. Ultimate data ownership

The central database containing user records, application data, and configuration metrics for Spectra remains the sole corporate asset of Perigeon Software Private Limited. In the event of corporate restructuring, regional entity changes, or asset transfers, your data will remain protected under the direct stewardship of the primary Indian entity in Ahmedabad.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
