Monitor Detail
Read an API monitor's detail view — status, assertion results, response time, per-region, and incidents.
The monitor detail view shows how an API monitor is performing. Open it by clicking any monitor in Monitors.
Current status
The live state — Up, Down, or Paused — with the endpoint and current response time.
Assertion results
Because an API monitor can fail even when it returns a 200, the detail view shows which assertion failed — the status code, response time, a header, or a specific JSON field — so you know exactly why it’s down, not just that it is.
Response time
A response-time graph over your selected window. Watch the trend; a steady climb often precedes an outage.
Per-region results
Results are broken down by region, so you can tell a real outage (failing everywhere) from a regional network issue (failing from one location).
Recent checks and logs
A log of recent checks with each result, response time, and status code — useful for pinpointing when and how a failure happened.
Incidents
Any incidents for this monitor, with timeline, duration, and root cause for post-incident review.
